Death Merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza’s names will never be forgotten by oppressed and enslaved Rwandans. The bloodthirsty killer has killed all sorts of human being. His names are synonymous with death. Where he passes, he leaves a trail of blood of innocent people. No single sin that he hasn’t committed. He talks, smells and breathes death. He is death.
Death Merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza is a master of torture, kidnapping and assassination. After 5 years on Gatabe (joblessness), on reasons that I have shared in my previous posts, in 2020, criminal Paul Kagame recalled his trusted assassin and appointed him as his special representative in South Sudan and Central Africa Republic with special assignment to build reliable intelligence networks and operation hit squads.
Death Merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza is based in Juba, South Sudan, where he coordinates his operations under a diplomatic immunity as Rwanda’s special representative reporting directly to Criminal Paul Kagame, not anyone else.
Since his appointment in 2020 to present, death Merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza has been building intelligence networks and infiltrating government systems of both South Sudan and Central Africa Republic.

Death Merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza is the brain behind these visits of South Sudanese security officials to Rwanda, who visits the country for a one week course on Post-Conflict Peacebuilding and Reconstruction Course.
Currently, death Merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza is deep within the ruling elites of South Sudan and Central African Republic with well established deadly networks.
When it comes to building intelligence networks and assassination hit squads, criminal Paul Kagame financially invests unsparingly. In military Intelligence, criminal Paul Kagame doesn’t play around.
As criminal Paul Kagame always tells his house boy Generals, “the first defence for our survival is intelligence, and we can’t afford to play on intelligence operations or capacity building of our intelligence networks.”
Forewarned, if you want serious trouble with death Merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza just call him Mufumbira, he hates this nickname to the core, yet his a Mufumbira and first cousin to double agent Gen Kale Kayihura.
