On 12th March 2024, Criminal Paul Kagame appointed Amb Monique Mukaruliza as Ambassador at large in charge for regional integration in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. This position was ostensibly to monitor the activities of James Kabarebe within the same ministry. Sadly, by the 30th of March, 2024, Monique Mukaruliza had passed away.

Monique Mukaruliza was a trusted diplomat and bureaucrat within the ruling regime, key reasons Criminal Paul Kagame appointed her on 12th March 2024 in the same docket as Gen James Kabarebe, who is currently a Minister of State for Regional Cooperation. And Saturday, 30th March 2024, she was announced dead after a short illness.

Gen James Kabarebe isn’t a JOKE. He is the master in the art of intrigues and eliminations. On several stages of his bloodletting career he has eliminated goons that he suspects Criminal Paul Kagame to have planted to spy on him, i.e the case of Maj Jean Claude Kalisa alias Muzungu at the Ministry of defence.

Working in Criminal Paul Kagame’s satanic regime, its like walking in a landmine field.
