Criminal Paul Kagame makes changes at the ministry of health, Dr Daniel Ngamije dumped, and comes a novice doctor, Dr Sabin Nsanzimana, as Rwanda’s new minister of health.
We all know that the real minister of health in Rwanda is Jeannette Nzirorera Kajuga Gasana Kagame. This ministry is under her full control. The ministry is her mineral mine for industrial scale looting, embezzlement and money laundering. She has continuously looted this ministry without any single pity or care.
Jeannette Nzirorera Kajuga Gasana Kagame decides who is appointed as a minister in the ministry. It’s Jeannette Nzirorera Kajuga Gasana Kagame who selected, vetted and appointed previous ministers of health, Dr Agnes Binagwaho, inexperienced Dr Diane Gashumba, Dr Daniel Ngamije and now, a novice doctor – Dr Sabin Nsanzimana.
