For years, he has been one of criminal Paul Kagame’s chief pet.
After the overthrow of President Pasteur Bizimungu, Tito Rutaremara expected to be rewarded as the speaker of parliament for the great work he had done to undermine president Pasteur Bizimungu in the name of criminal Paul Kagame. But, criminal Paul Kagame saw otherwise, he came to a conclusion that political hypocrite – Tito Rutaremara is a bogus creature not fit to be a speaker of his buffoon parliament. After the 2003 sham presidential elections, political hypocrite Tito Rutaremara expected to be awarded the speaker of the Senate position. And this time around, criminal Paul Kagame still came to a conclusion that Tito Rutaremara is not fit to head any of his institution.
For years, he had shifted his focus eying the post of heading Intore (Criminal Paul Kagame’s malitia group). He was always dreaming to shape the outlook of Intore especially education modules given to youths. As the Executive Secretary of National Itorero, this post would give him a chance to install his ideological thinking to the youth. Again, when the time for replacement came, criminal Paul Kagame went for youthful Edouard Bamporiki, as the new Executive Secretary of National Itorero. Being an Executive Secretary of National Itorero opens unlimited access to the president and receives the same benefits as a senior minister.
Being pushed on the sides of Political gravity and getting instructions from RPF secretary general Francois Ngarambe rather than criminal Paul Kagame, political hypocrite – Tito Rutaremara is now whining and wondering how the stars have shifted.
