This past Sunday, 24th May 2020, when oppressed and enslaved Rwandans were in their houses contemplating about their brutal dictatorship, Notorious Assassin Gen Emmanuel Gasana alias Rurayi was being ordered to report at Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s office at Rwanda Police headquarter to make a statement.
On arrival, instead of being allowed to make a statement, he was told how an order from above, in this case criminal Paul Kagame, has instructed that he should be taken to Mulindi military detention centre, and its from there that he will be making his statement.
Gen Gasana’s driver was instructed to return the car home, and notorious assassin Gen Emmanuel Gasana was then transported in a police double Cabin pickup to Mulindi while seated at the backseat between two police corporals. In short, he was handled with disrespect by men he once led as an IGP. He was handed at the commander of Mulindi military detention centre at around midday.
As noted in my previous post, the most interesting part of Gen Emmanuel Gasana’s saga, was how criminal Paul Kagame handed the case to notorious assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza for investigation. The brutal ruler knows the animosity between Brig Gen Dan Munyuza and Gen Emmanuel Gasana. Everyone can rightly guess the outcome of this investigation, where Dan Munyuza investigates his longtime nemesis.
Gen Emmanuel Gasana has now spent three nights inside criminal Paul Kagame’s cooler – Mulindi military detention centre enjoying weevil infected beans while being questioned about embezzling public funds during his era as Inspector General of Police to a time he was a governor of the southern province.
Oppressed and enslaved Rwandans should ignore claims of embezzlement placed upon Gen Emmanuel Gasana. The ruler of the potato enclave (Rwanda) is creating grounds to push aside Gen James Kabarebe’s key ally, and Gen Emmanuel Gasana has been a key ally and confidant of Gen James Kabarebe.
Will criminal Paul Kagame release today Gen Emmanuel Gasana, a man who committed horrific human rights atrocities in the name of Paul Kagame?
