Criminal Paul Kagame’s office has come out sharing photos of smiling criminal Paul Kagame to demonstrate to oppressed and enslaved Rwandans that his in charge of the situation and physically fit. But why use old pictures? The same pictures were used in April, on 10th June and 17th July.

These are unprecedented times that needs unprecedented actions, we all know how Kagame doesn’t really meet his cabinet, however in trying to query the rumour of his sickness, he has met his cabinet two times in less than six months. Why use old photos? Or the usual manipulation? Lets assume he loves the same shirt very much like Uganda’s we known music promoter Balam who wears similar type of T – Shirt from January to December.

This takes me to former leftist leader of Venezuela, President Hugo Chavez who continued performing presidential duties for two years despite being on brain tumour treatment, what criminal Paul Kagame is doing is normal, being under treatment of brain tumour doesn’t make someone incapacitated.

Now, that oppressed and enslaved Rwandans are slowly forcing him out of bed, the next step should be public appearances rather than doctored photos and sharing old photos.
