During the weekend, Criminal Paul Kagame’s Rwanda Defence Force under the logo of Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels overrun a DR Congo army detachment, killing more than 20 government soldiers and wounding several. The fierce fighting took place during the weekend of 24 – 25 July 21, at Malibongo in Ituri, eastern DR Congo.
In a drive to fight arms elements in Eastern DR Congo, on 1st of May 2021, DR Congo’s accidental president declared a state of emergency in North Kivu and Ituri region. He appointed experienced military figures as governors of these two provinces, at the same time heads military operations in these respective provinces.
Accidental President Felix Tshisekedi appointed Lieutenant General Constant Ndima, a former member of Jean-Pierre Bemba’s Mouvement de Libération du Congo, as governor of North Kivu. In Ituri province, accidental president Felix Tshisekedi appointed Lieutenant General Johnny Nkashama Luboya, a former member of the RCD Goma, a Rwandan-backed rebel movement as governor of Ituri province. And from May 2021 to present, the violence hit provinces have remained in a “state of siege” that was declared by accident President Felix Tshisekedi on 1st of May 2021.

The terrorist outfit – Alliance Democratic Front (ADF) was totally annihilated in 2016 by Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF) with the group’s top commanders killed or arrested, and the group’s spiritual leader Sheikh Jamil Mukulu arrested. The ADF as anti Museveni establishment rebel group doesn’t exist at all, we currently have Criminal Paul Kagame’s special force units using the ADF name.
For example, in December 2019, Issa Niyirora, a Rwandan trained military operative and his group where arrested by regional security operatives on their way to join dictator Paul Kagame’s outfit, ADF.
In November 2019, in a military offensive in Beni region, by Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (FARDC) against Rwanda Defence Forces under the logo of ADF, the army discovered identity cards belonging to military officers of Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF). These Identity cards were found in overrun camps said to belong to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF). All regional security observers know the extent of Rwanda Defence Force deployment and operations in Eastern DR Congo under the cover of various rebel groups.
In his evil plan to continue destabilising DR Congo, criminal Paul Kagame has gone further by brutally eliminating capable DR Congo military Commanders who were at the forefront of fighting Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels.
For example, On 2nd January 2014, Col Mamadou Mustafa Ndala a Patriotic mitary officer in the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (FARDC) was ambushed and killed by elements under Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence. Col Mamadou Mustafa Ndala was the commander of the 42nd Battalion Commando Units Rapid Reaction. Col Mamadou Mustafa Ndala was credited for FARDC’s crashing of Rwanda’s backed M23 rebel movement.
Maj General Jean Lucien Bahuma Ambamba was another patriotric DR Congo military officer who was assassinated through poison by Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence. At the time of his assassination, Maj Gen Jean Lucien Bahuma was the region military commander of North Kivu. Like Col Mamadou Mustafa Ndala, Maj Gen Jean Lucien Bahuma was credited in defeating militarily the M23 rebel group that was supported by criminal Paul Kagame and his satanic regime.
What we continue witnessing in Eastern DR Congo, North Kivu especially in Beni region and Ituri province, it’s Criminal Paul Kagame’s special force units using ADF logo to cause carnage in DR Congo, plunder DR Congo resources and plan – prepare for future military operations against Uganda.
Criminal Paul Kagame’s special force units under the logo of ADF are well established along DR Congo – Uganda border, and numbers of Kagame’s troops have increased each month along this military axis.
Criminal Paul Kagame is using the name of a terrorist rebel group which was destroyed and no longer exist to further his regional terrorism agenda of plundering the mineral rich eastern DR Congo and deploying his special force units in Eastern DR Congo.
