Dear oppressed, enslaved, starving and unemployed citizens of the impoverished enclave (Rwanda), I hope you haven’t forgotten motormouth Evode Uwizeyimana, former Minister of State in charge of Constitutional & Legal Affairs who was forced to resign on the 6th February 2020 by criminal Paul Kagame.
Since the 6th February 2020, no one has seen Evode Uwizeyimana, the motormouth was arrested on 7th February 2020 and taken to a DMI safe house for interrogation, where he spent months until early April. From April 2020 to present, he has been at his home under movement restriction orders. He has to call a police caseworker assigned to him two times a day, and he can’t leave the house without permission of his caseworker who is a crime intelligence officer under a dreaded assassin, CP Egide Ruzigamanzi.
