According to a very reliable source within DMI, Fred Mukasa Mbidde a Munyarwanda in a borrowed baganda name is in regular contact with Rwanda’s foreign minister – Richard Sezibera. This reliable source notes, “Richard Sezibera and Mbidde are now like brothers, definitely, Mbidde gives intelligence briefings to Richard Sezibera. They are in regular contact.”
According to this DMI source, Fred Mukasa Mbidde a Munyarwanda in a borrowed baganda name and Richard Sezibera came to know each other properly at the time Richard Sezibera was the Secretary General of EAC. This was before Richard Sezibera was unceremoniously thrown out of EAC due embezzlement of EAC funds.
Major Richard Sezibera is known for his notorious human rights atrocities and total disregard for rule of law. Currently, he is dictator Paul Kagame’s blue eyed boy. In 2015, during Criminal Paul Kagame’s failed coup d’etat in Burundi, Major Richard Sezibera as the Secretary General of EAC came out in support of coup plotters.
Jiggers and Kawukumi who are national threats to security and sovereignty of a Nation have to be uprooted by all means.
No country should tolerate foreign spies and double agents who are a threat to national security of a sovereign state.
