After the deranged dictator being AWOL for weeks, especially at the time when a deadly virus is killing human beings, and its consequences affecting economies; the deranged dictator has returned from his bunker and addressed his oppressed and enslaved citizens in a national address that lacked any single substance or meaning.
Criminal Paul Kagame’s 1st Covid 19 address to his oppressed and enslaved citizens, illustrates how the man is not even fit to be a chicken farm manager. The tired looking Kagame talked things that should have been talked weeks ago, and ended his speech by thanking various individuals and his ministry of health.
He did not touch on social economic issues affecting his enclave kingdom. The pre-recorded five minutes address lacked everything that one expects from a national leader, especially at this difficult time of Covid 19. It’s only an insane person who can expect leadership from bloodthirsty authoritarian dictator.
Oppressed and enslaved citizens expected to hear about:
1) Interest rates, the country has the highest interest rate in the region. Oppressed and enslaved citizens expected the dictator to reduce the interest rate especially when the economy is contracting and on the blink of recession.
2) Fiscal policy, especially temporary exemption of taxes to SME who are heavily affected at this time. What are his plans to boost the economy or economic stimulus plan.
3) Oppressed and enslaved citizens expected to hear him talk about quantitative easing and how it can be used to support small and medium businesses.
4) Those with mortgages and loans expected their
debts obligation be postponed for at least 3 months.
5) Oppressed and enslaved citizens expected the deranged dictator to touch on issues of price fluctuations, especially extortion price rises of basic commodities. They expected strict measures to monitor price fluctuation of basic goods, and any trader found hiking or hoarding goods to be severely dealt with.
6) Tenants expected the brutal dictator to cancel rent obligations until normalcy return. Unfortunately, in the potato enclave, criminal Paul Kagame is the largest landlord owning more than 70% of the Buildings in central Kigali.
7) For those who are being ravaged by hunger, they expected support rather than the usual empty promises
During this address, like other national addresses, the killer of gospel singer Kizito Mihigo and other millions of Rwandans, delivered a meaningless address not even fit for marwa, tonto or kwete drinkers.
This deranged dictator is not at all fit to hold the highest office in the potato enclave (Rwanda). His place should be prison serving multiple life sentences for crimes against humanity and economic plundering.
