Dear oppressed, enslaved, starving and unemployed Rwandans, please inform me, are the sisters of Caleb Rwamuganza still yapping and cursing Ibigarasha (anti Kagame dissidents), RNC or Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa? God knows how these goons praised dictator Paul Kagame like ba Bembe women possessed with evil spirits.
For those who don’t know, Caleb Rwamuganza was the Permanent Secretary at the ministry of Finance and Economic planning in Rwanda until the 7th June 2020 when he was arrested by Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s boys under direct orders from criminal Paul Kagame alias Smigo/Sméagol.
A prominent legal expert recently told me, “I was surprised to see Caleb in prison. Caleb was like Kagame’s son. He was Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of finance and also a signatory to the Treasury with Rwangombwa! He was Kagame’s eye and ear there! That means there is a serious issue with finance.”
I usually tell these Kagamist goons and inept minions that criminal Paul Kagame alias smigo/Sméagol has no religion. Smigo/Sméagol’s modus operandi is well known, unfortunately, selfish and greedy characters still serve Smigo/Sméagol well knowing the consequences. We all know the end results for his devoted goons and inept minions.
Caleb Rwamuganza has for years been criminal Paul Kagame’s key point man at the ministry of finance. He was used by Kagame’s family in embezzling state funds from the ministry of Finance, and he was one of the people used in laundering of these embezzled funds into various offshore accounts.
When his services were no longer needed, Caleb Rwamuganza was arrested on 7th June 2020 and was thrown in criminal Paul Kagame’s cooler. From the 7th June 20, Caleb Rwamuganza started a journey that those before him were taken through. A journey of DMI fabricated cases, injustice, incarceration, torture and eventual elimination. The final route that assassinated Kalisa Mupende was taken through for knowing too much of criminal Paul Kagame’s financial crimes.
Caleb Rwamuganza has started a final journey that James Gatera went through, and since 2017, James Gatera vanished. James Gatera’s crime was knowing too much of criminal Paul Kagame’s economic crimes. Caleb Rwamuganza has started a final journey that assassinated Theogene Turatsinze went through. He was brutally assassinated for knowing too much of criminal Paul Kagame’s economic crimes. The list of those who have been eliminated for merely knowing too much of criminal Paul Kagame’s economic crimes is endless.
Caleb Rwamuganza has totally committed no single financial crime, the only financial crime that state prosecutors should be asking him, it’s his role in enabling dictator Paul Kagame’s embezzling of state funds, money laundering and racketeering by the Kagame family. In a democracy, if he allows to cooperate with state prosecution services for a reduced sentence, Caleb Rwamuganza would have been a key witness in Paul Kagame’s economic crimes. Unfortunately, the potato enclave (Rwanda) is under absolute totalitarianism.
Back to my initial question(s), dear oppressed, enslaved, starving and unemployed Rwandans, are Caleb Rwamuganza’s sisters still yapping and cursing Ibigarasha (anti Kagame dissidents), RNC or Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa? Are they still praising 24/7 Mr Smigo/Sméagol to the extent of referring him to be Jesus’s twin? Are they still praising Mr Smigo’s justice system? Are they still praising a brutal regime that kidnaps, incarcerated, tortures and kills, as the best regime in the world? Are they now feeling the pain at how their brother – Caleb Rwamuganza is at the centre of a DMI fabricated case? What are their current views on criminal Paul Kagame’s justice system?
Will Caleb Rwamuganza survive criminal Paul Kagame’s assassination? He totally needs prayers.
