According to a very reliable source, these past two nights, the enclave’s dictactor has been travelling in the middle of the night to Gitarama for witchcraft ritual performances with marabout from Mali and Senegal.
For criminal Paul Kagame, his brutal reign is surrounded with blood and deaths. All older senior cadres within RPF/RPA, especially those sidelined or those already eliminated know how criminal Paul Kagame is a believer of human sacrifice.
