Fred Mugarura, Camille Nkurunziza’s brother inlaw was kidnapped by the brutal satanic system ruling the enclave in early June 2019, shortly after the assassination of Camille Nkuruziza in South Africa.
Since 2011, Mr Mugarura Fred was working as a chattered accountant at Pilato – criminal Paul Kagame’s consortium company Crystal Ventures.
The potato enclave is ruled by a satanic system which doesn’t believe in any single rule of law. It’s a brutal system which believes that it’s survival is through kidnapping, torture, incarceration and assassinations.
