In his address to the Congolese Nation this Thursday, November 3, 2022, DR Congo’s Head of State Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo called for the general mobilization of the Congolese in the face of Rwanda’s aggression in the east of the country via the M23 rebels.
According to President Felix Tshisekedi, no one else will come to save the Democratic Republic of Congo in the face of the aggression of which it is the victim on the part of Paul Kagame’s Rwanda. “Dear compatriots, we must together be aware that no one other than ourselves will come to save our Nation and this requires all-out mobilization from each of us,” said DR Congo’s the Head of State – President Felix Tshisekedi.
President Felix Tshisekedi reiterated his commitment to defend the Fatherland until the supreme sacrifice. He appealed to Congolese opposition to put aside their political differences, unit and join in the fight against Rwanda’s aggression.
The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, called on Congolese youths to organize themselves into vigilante groups to accompany the army in this period when it is facing Rwanda’s aggression via the M23 rebels.
The Head of State launched this call to the youths to night, Thursday, 3rd November, 2022, during his address to the Nation on DR Congo’s National Television (RTNC).
“In response to the strong demand from young people, I invite them to organize themselves into vigilante groups in order to support, accompany and support our armed forces and our defense forces in the accomplishment of their noble mission,” said Felix Tshisekedi.
In this address, Felix Tshisekedi strongly warned all traitors within the army. He warned that traitors will be dealt in accordance with the law, and will face the punishment that the kind of behavior deserves.
DR Congo’s President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo warned all civilian traitors, including those within the national army.
The Head of State warned that traitors will be exposed, face the rigor of the law and will have a just punishment that this kind of heinous behavior deserves.
“This is an opportunity to warn all civilian or military traitors, and other bad apples who serve the interests of the enemy. They will be exposed to the rigor of the law, receive a just punishment that this kind of behavior deserves,” warned President Félix Tshisekedi.
In his speech president Felix Tshisekedi told Congolese who is the real aggressor of their, something that all Congolese know. The president noted, “Rwanda supports the M23 in both men and military logistics.”
“There are two options in the face of Rwanda. Diplomacy or War,” said president Felix Tshisekedi.
