Criminal Paul Kagame: A Portrait of Contradiction and Controversy.

By: Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere

Dictators often demonstrate a profound contradiction, while they crave adoration, they simultaneously engage in repressive practices. This paradox is clearly embodied by Criminal Paul Kagame, the President of Rwanda, known for his brutal authoritarian style of governance.

Criminal Paul Kagame’s regime continously participates in a wide array of economic and human rights crimes, that includes large-scale economic exploitation of Rwanda and DR Congo, suppression of the press, orchestrating transnational assassinations, extrajudicial killings, disappearances, military invasions of neighboring states, and committing war crimes and crimes against humanity. These actions are often justified under the pretense of fostering political stability and national unity.

Criminal Paul Kagame’s approach to elections is no less controversial. In each electoral cycle, he has been the only contender, effectively competing against himself in sham elections. This lack of genuine political competition starkly highlights the absence of democracy in this enclave, Rwanda. Currently, all reports are suggesting that citizens are forcibly being removed from their homes in the early hours to attend his political rallies, an act that underscores the oppressive nature of his bloodthirsty regime.

Critics argue that Kagame’s rightful place is in a maximum security prison rather than the presidential office, pointing to a significant discrepancy between his cultivated public image and his private actions of unimaginable brutality. This stark contrast raises serious concerns about the state of freedom and human rights in Rwanda under his bloodthirsty rule.

This situation paints a grim picture of a bloodthirsty ruler whose rule is marked by fear and suppression, challenging the international community to reassess its stance and response to Kagame’s brutal rule in Rwanda.
