The former Development Bank Of Rwanda (BRD) Chairman Kalisa Mupende who was thrown in prison in 2009 and imprisoned for nearly 10 years died yesterday through elimination by poison.
Kalisa Mupende was the former Director General in the Office of the President and later appointed as Chairman/CEO of BRD bank until when he was thrown in criminal Paul Kagame’s dungeon through a cooked up case of mismanagement.
In 2009, Kalisa Mupende was charged in cases of which he had no clue about, he was imprisoned in a cooked up case which was fabricated by treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe and his deputy in J3 mafia gang, death merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza, with the help of criminal Paul Kagame’s estranged wife – Jeannette Kagame Gasana.
For years, Development Bank Of Rwanda has always received millions of USA dollars in grants meant to support small scale projects, rural development and agriculture sector, these grants are always embezzled by Criminal Paul Kagame and members of his satanic system. By knowing too much information about criminal Paul Kagame’s embezzlement, all former CEOs of Development Bank Of Rwanda, from Edith Gasana to Alex Kanyankole went through a rough time courtesy of criminal Paul Kagame and his satanic system. And without doubt, the current BRD chairman/CEO, Eric Rutabana will meet the same fate as previous CEOs.
Who is Kalisa Mupende
Kalisa Mupende joined the RPA/F rebellion in 1992 at the age of 16. After basic military training, young Kalisa Mupende was posted at headquarter, known then as Mulindi 1. After the war in 1994, he resumed education and his education was exclusively being paid by criminal Paul Kagame. Within the presidential guard, he was always referred by his colleagues as ” Afande’s adopted son.” The president’s office also paid for his University education in Manchester, at Salford University.
After his graduation, he continued to work with criminal Paul Kagame’s close protection team, promoted to Director General in president’s office and later appointed as the CEO of Development Bank Of Rwanda (BRD).
Real reasons behind his arrest and incarceration in 2009
1) Unlike other previous CEOs of Development Bank Of Rwanda (BRD) who didn’t have direct access to criminal Paul Kagame, Kalisa Mupende had direct access to criminal Paul Kagame. Previous BRD CEOs including Edith Gasana the current wife of Uganda’s foreign minister – Sam Kutesa, all had to go through treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe or through death merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza in order to access criminal Paul Kagame. For Kalisa Mupende, this wasn’t the case, and these J3 mafia weren’t happy with this arrangement especially knowing how their embezzlement schemes in the bank was being affected.
All BRD CEOs up to Alex Kanyankole who was imprisoned this year for six years, their nightmares started with treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe and death merchant Jack Nziza. To J3, Kalisa Mupende had to be removed from the post by all means.
2) Being close to the first family, Kalisa Mupende was in privy of many secrets within the first family. Within the satanic system ruling the enclave knowing too much information is dangerous, and Kalisa Mupende knew dangerous information about Jeannette Kagame Gasana’s extra marital affairs especially with young military escorts within the presidential guard. Ruthless Jeannette Kagame Gasana was always in fear that Kalisa Mupende would leak the information to criminal Paul Kagame or someone else.
In 2007, this is when Jeannette Kagame Gasana slowly started coming out of the shadow of her husband – criminal Paul Kagame to the frontline of politics and she was helped in this manoeuvre by death merchant Jack Nziza who was her handler. It’s a well known secret that she has lived in abusive marriage and the abusive behaviours started reducing when the children started Universities.
Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe, death merchant Jack Nziza and Jeannette Kagame Gasana, both had motives to get rid of Kalisa Mupende, and this is when the evil trio planned to destroy an innocent person – Kalisa Mupende.
The court case.
Jack Nziza was tasked with fabricating a case against Kalisa Mupende, to get cooked up evidences and fake witnesses. Death merchant Jack Nziza fabricated an embezzlement case against Kalisa Mupende and the case was referred to a military court.
Death merchant Jack Nziza included two other people in the case, Janvier Murenzi, who was a former Director of Administration and Finance and Capt. Hussein Musekera a logistics officer in president’s office. The main objective of these two were to pin Kalisa Mupende.
They were both charged with embezzlement, abuse of procurement procedures and complicity in the crimes. Kalisa Mupende denied all the charges rebuking all the charges with evidences. For example on how he acquired his house, Kalisa Mupende showed the Kangaroo military court how he secured a loan to build his house. All the other planted co accused accepted all the charges against them.
When it came to sentencing, Maj Gen Jack Nziza’s planted men were given less than 6 months, and they were released straight away because they had already been at Mulindi military prison for 6 months, and Kalisa Mupende was given 5 years jail sentence. And when he appealed against the judgment, he was instead given 9 years and 11 months by a higher military court.
Kalisa Mupende’s Pardon and Re-arresting
At the end of 2014, after serving 5 years of his 9 years 11 months sentence, criminal Paul Kagame pardoned Kalisa Mupende alongside other military prisoners. Unfortunately, he was being released to a country were those that wanted his head had even become more stronger and acting as co – president of the potato enclave. In 2014, J3 mafia network was at its height, Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe, death merchant Maj Gen Jack Nziza and sly James Musoni were acting as co – president of the potato enclave. J3 mafia network was in control of everything except the presidency.
Two months after his release, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe called Kalisa Mupende for a meeting, he informed him that his name will be forwarded for an assignment to head one of government institution, an offer that Kalisa Mupende refused, telling his former presidential guard commander that he still wants time to rest, be with his young family, while deciding what to do, informing James Kabarebe that he wants to venture in business.
His second arrest and assassination.
In 2015, Kalisa Mupende was arrested by DMI on his way to visit his father in Mutala. After his arrest, he was taken to Gabiro barracks for enhanced interrogation and then transferred to Mulindi. He was accused of trying to escape the country on his way to Uganda to join RNC of Kayumba Nyamwasa.
The satanic system didn’t not produce him in court under these allegations, instead the minister of Justice, the unqualified Johnson Busingye informed the military court that Kalisa Mupende has been arrested for failure to pay court fines at the time he was pardoned by criminal Paul Kagame. The unqualified Johnson Busingye ordered the military court to imprison Kalisa Mupende and serve the remaining time of his 9 years and 11 months sentence.
In March 2019, on the day he was supposed to be released, family members and friends went to Mulindi military detention and waited for his release since he had served his sentence, unfortunately, the satanic system didn’t release him.
On following day, after inquiries by family members, they were told that he was transferred to Kanombe detention centre. From March 19, to a day of his death, 20 September 19, family members and his lawyer tried their best to see that Kalisa Mupende can be released from incarceration since he had already served his 9 years 11 months sentence, but their pleas and requests fell to deaf ears.
The motive of the persecutors were to eliminate this innocent man, and finally on 20 September 19, their evil motive was executed. And the poison administered through food led to multi organ failures thus leading to Kalisa Mupende’s death.
Conclusion
I would like to ends by words which criminal Paul Kagame said during Kalisa Mupende’s wedding, a wedding that was paid by criminal Paul Kagame.
A happy looking criminal Paul Kagame told guests, “Kalisa Mupende is a son to me, his a well disciplined child, intelligent, honest and hardworking. His a great asset to the country.”
Due to criminal Paul Kagame’s paranoia, laziness to cross check information given to him and his intelligent being at zero level, he ended up arresting, incarcerating and now assassinating someone he referred as a son, on basis of cooked up information that treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe et al, fed him.
