For Merely questioning criminal Paul Kagame’s failing health sector, Cassien Nshimirimana was brutally eliminated on the 13th April 2017 through strangulation by operatives led by a notorious assassin – CP Egide Ruzigamanzi, head of bloodthirsty crime intelligence unit.

As a ministry of health employee, Cassien Nshimirimana was always questioning the mismanagement and corruption in the potato enclave’s health sector. What the youthful health worker didn’t know, was how the health ministry is one of the several channels in the country that the Kagames use to embezzle the potato enclave.

By questioning on the mismanagement and corruption within the health ministry/sector, Cassien Nshimirimana was directly questioning the Kagames, he was touching on criminal Paul Kagame’s pot of embezzlement and corruption.

And questioning the Kagames attracts kidnapping – disappearance, incarceration, torture or the ultimate price of assassination. In the case of Cassien Nshimirimana, the innocent young man was eliminated.

The Cassien Nshimirimana noted above, is different from Captain Cassien Nshimirimana alias Gavana of RIDI URUNANA rebel movement.
