In an interview with Rwanda National Congress radio, radio Itahuka, Ambassador Charlotte Mukankusi, one of criminal Paul Kagame’s top target for elimination has called Rwanda’s armed forces to stand up and be accountable.
She reminded men and officers of Rwanda Defence Force that they have the duty and responsibility to stop Dictator Paul Kagame’s bloodthirsty dictatorship, create sanity and provide an opportunity for a better Rwanda. A country led by a government that respects democracy, constitutional rule and human rights.
