Yesterday in Kirundo Province, the President of Burundi, Maj Gen Evariste Ndayishimiye said how Burundi will not work with a hypocritical country, and everyone knows the country he was talking about; Rwanda, a potato enclave ruled by a deranged terrorist – dictator Paul Kagame.

In a speech to residents of Kirundo, President Evariste Ndayishimiye didn’t not mince words, he noted, “we want to have good relationship with other countries. We can’t accept to have a relationship with a hypocritical country, a double standard country, no way a country may say that it wants a good relationship with Burundi yet its displaying hypocrisy and setting up thorns so that we step on them. Countries know how Burundi is a 1st country with people who have loving heart, and good neighbourhood. For example, we haven’t heard of Burundi going to destabilise other countries.”

“Or support anyone who wants to destabilise another country. This shows how Burundians have a loving heart. We always want excellent relationship with other countries. But we don’t want to work with hypocrites who want to lie us that there is a good relationship yet they have put a thorn under our foot to pierce us,” notes Maj Gen Evariste Ndayishimiye.

The president of Burundi continued to say, “we all know why those refugees are being held hostage. They were held hostage in order to protect those who caused atrocities in our country. We know. Those who caused atrocities, what do countries that host them gain?”

“Than sending those who committed atrocities in our country, they are instead being protected, encouraging more Burundians to flee the country so as to protect them. They have to hand those who committed atrocities in this country……”

President Evariste Ndayishimiye delivering a strong worded speech in Kirundo has a strong significance, the province of Kirundo borders Rwanda, and it has experienced Rwanda aggression, especially along Lake Rweru.
